Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX refused to send a bank statement in XXXX, we sent a {$30.00} payment. When I called to make a payment on XX/XX/XXXX they refused to accept payment on my sons account, and they said that they had to talk to him. They have talked to XXXX on numerous occasions. They would not accept. Therefore, XXXX faxed information authorizing me to get information on his account, he also gave me money to pay on his account, because he doesnt get the print statement out of the mail, I get them. They have not been able to tell us why they tampered with the account.
